Yobota has reached the next milestone in its planned growth and we are expanding our various teams. An opportunity has arisen to join the support team for our platform. The role will involve enhancing functional and technical monitoring, automating processes, dealing with issues and queries, managing incidents and liaising with development & product teams. There is also a requirement for investigating and helping fix production errors and outages during both office hours and as part of the on-call rota out-of-hours. We're entirely cloud based and run a Django/Python/Linux/Postgres based stack on Heroku and AWS.
